System Construction and Operation: Establish and maintain a quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards (such as ISO 22000 for food contact safety and ISO 14001 for environmental management) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and traceability in operations.
Incoming Material Inspection (IQC): Strictly control raw materials, conduct incoming inspections on key materials such as packaging substrates (e.g., PE, PP, PET), inks, and adhesives to eliminate potential risks at the source.
